The evaluation and the remuneration system in the non-profit-making organization
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Systém hodnocení a systém odměňování zaměstnanců v neziskovém typu organizace“ je zjistit, zda existují rozdíly v systému hodnocení zaměstnanců a jejich systému odměňování v organizacích ziskového a neziskového typu, a zda odměňování zaměstnanců pozitivně ovlivňuje jejich pracovní motivaci.
Abstract:
The subject of the bachelor thesis „The evaluation and remuneration system in the non-profit-making organisation“ is to find out whether there are any differences in the system of evaluation of employers and their system of remuneration in profit-making and non-profit-making organisations and whether the remuneration of employers positively influences their motivation for work.
