Abstract:

Diplomová práce " Právnické osoby v neziskovém sektoru " přibližuje danou problematiku z pohledu aktuálního občanského zákoníku, ale také s přihlédnutím ?k předchozí právní úpravě. Seznamuje se sektory národního hospodářství a neziskovými organizacemi obecně. Popisuje právnické osoby neziskového sektoru na základě obecných principů a blíže rozvádí jednotlivé druhy právnických osob neziskového sektoru. Též se zabývá prospěšnosti neziskových organizací a poukazuje na aktuální stav této problematiky. V neposlední řadě prolíná management a marketingu do sféry neziskových organizací.

Abstract:

The thesis on "Legal Entities in the Nonprofit Sector" approaches the issue from the perspective of the current Civil Code, but also with regard to the previous legislation. It introduces the sectors of the national economy and non-profit organizations in general. It describes legal entities of the non-profit sector on the basis of general principles and further elaborates on the different types of legal entities of the non-profit sector. Moreover, the thesis addresses the benefits of non-profit organizations and highlights the current status of this issue. Finally, the thesis entwines management and marketing into the sphere of non-profit organizations.
