Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá duševní hygienou v ţivotě manaţera ve veřejné správě. Popisuje vývoj duševní hygieny, její opodstatnění, zdůrazňuje nutnost prevence nepříznivých psychických a sociálních jevů a upozorňuje na negativní dopady nedostatečné hygieny duševní práce. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with mental hygiene of managerial life in public administration. It describes the development of mental hygiene, its justification, emphasizes the need to prevent adverse psychological and social phenomena, and draws attention to the negative effects of insufficient mental work hygiene.
