Documentary letter of credit in International Trade
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice dokumentárních plateb a to hlavně o dokumentárních akreditivech. Celá je rozčleněna do 3 po sobě následujících částí, kde je rozebrána problematika dokumentárních plateb, následuje podrobné popsání dokumentárního akreditivu a nakonec zkoumám budoucí vývoj.
Abstract:
A lot of risks are associated with international trade. Some of them are eliminated wihtin the framework of insurance and some of them are not. Documentary payments, especially payments by documentary letter of credit, can help to solve some of this risks. The issue of documentary letter of credit is very broad and described many time.
