Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vliv novely zákona o účetnictví na účetní závěrku mikro a malých účetních jednotek. Novela zákona o účetnictví 221/2015 Sb. byla sestavena a schválena na základě požadavků evropské směrnice 2013/34/EU. V práci jsou charakterizovány související legislativní dokumenty a jejich změny. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the impact of the Accounting Act Amendment on financial statements of micro and small undertaking. The amendment of the accounting act 221/2015 Sb. was compiled and approved according to demands of the European directive 2013/34/EU.
