Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo vytvořit aplikaci pro vizualizaci ligandů na strukturách proteinů. Ligandy jsou hledány na zadané proteinové struktuře a na strukturách podobných. Tyto struktury jsou získávány z PDB databáze. Výstupem aplikace je skript pro aplikaci PyMol, který zobrazí všechny nalezené ligandy, použité struktury a nejzajímavější residua. Abstract:
The goal of this diploma thesis was to create an application for visualization of ligands in protein structures. Ligands are searched in the given protein structure and also in similar structures. These structures are obtained from PDB database. The output of this application is the PyMol script that displays all ligands, used structures and the most important residues.
