Groups of Drugs in Ophthalmology and their Impact on Visual Function
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na popis farmak využívaných při terapii očních onemocnění, způsobem jejich aplikace a jejich vliv na zrakové funkce a porovnání účinků jednotlivých léčiv na zrakové tkáně a uvedeny jsou rovněž příklady dostupných léčivých přípravků v České republice. Rovněž jsou v práci zmíněny i nežádoucí účinky, které se mohou vyskytovat v souvislosti s topickou aplikací očních léčiv do oka.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focuses on the description of drugs which are used in the treatment of eye diseases, their applications and impact on visual function and comparing the effects of various drugs on visual tissues and are also listed examples of medicines available in the Czech Re-public.
