Bakalářská diplomová práce pojednává o zobrazení tudorovského mýtu a tudorovské propagandy v druhé tetralogii Shakespearových historických her. Součástí je analýza Richarda II., obou částí Jindřicha IV., a Jindřicha V., která se soustředí právě na přítomnost tudorovské ideologie v daných hrách. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the presence of the Tudor myth and Tudor propaganda in Shakespeare’s second tetralogy of history plays. It provides an analysis of Richard II, both parts of Henry IV, and Henry V, focusing on the reflections of the Tudor thought. Many allusions are found and pointed out and therefore it is suggested that the second tetralogy is basically one unit, which deals with the sinfulness …more
