Bakalárska práca rozoberá právnu úpravu zmluvy o dielo podľa Občianskeho zákonníka a Obchodného zákonníka. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na úpravu zmluvy o dielo podľa Občianskeho zákonníka. Stručne opisuje históriu vývoja zmluvy o dielo. Pozornosť sa v v prvej kapitole zameriava na pojmové znaky tejto zmluvy a jednotlivé práva a povinnosti zmluvných strán.
