Práce se snaží čtenáři přiblížit jednu z méně známých divadelních her francouzského spisovatele Victora Huga, Inez de Castro.Hugo ji napsal ve svých šestnácti letech a nazval ji melodramatem. Vlivem cenzury však byla hra zakázána a neuvedena. Abstract:
The work is about one of Hugo's earliest plays, melodrame Inez de Castro. Written in 1818, the play has never been performed due to the censorship that was quite severe at the beginning of the nineteenth century. The first part of the work wants to put the reader in contact with the historic caracter of Inez de Castro and the tradition that this theme has in french and portuguese literature.
