The Communication with a Public in Selected Deputy Municipalities of the Region Zlín

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je věnována komunikaci mezi samosprávnými jednotkami - vybranými pověřenými městy ve Zlínském kraji - a veřejností. Teoretická část vede k poznání způsobu a možnostem přenosu informací i s úskalími, která na komunikující mohou čekat. V praktické části je popsán způsob předávání informací občanům ve čtyřech městech kraje - Zlíně, Vsetíně, Holešově a Bystřici pod Hostýnem. Jsou předloženy i výsledky malého anketního šetření, popř. dalších průzkumů veřejného mínění. Práce je ale věnována pouze komunikaci pomocí nějakého technického zařízení, tedy média, tj. sociální komunikaci. Třetí část patří zhodnocení komunikace uvedených měst, porovnání zjištěných skutečností a závěrečnému shrnutí.

Abstract:

This thesis is specialized in a discussion between the municipalities, they represent selected deputy towns of the region Zlín, and the public. The theoretical part leads to the searching of ways and possibilities how to create the information transfers including the difficulties that may occur. The practical part describes providing of some information from municipalities to the inhabitants of the towns Zlín, Vsetín, Holešov and Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The results of the small enquiry and another study of the public opinion are also submitted. The thesis is dedicated only to the communication by means of some technical device, i.e. social communication. The third part deals with the evaluation of the communication of the mentioned towns and with the comparation of resulting facts and final summary.
