Legal and practical aspects of the establishment of a capital company
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na založení kapitálových společností podle nové právní úpravy a komparaci nákladů na založení kapitálové společnosti. Založení i komparace nákladů je prováděno na základě spolupráce s firmou, která má se zakládáním společností dlouholeté zkušenosti.
Abstract:
This work is focused on the establishment of capital companies according to a new legislation and comparsion of expenses which are needed for establishment of capital company. The establishment and comparsion is done on the basis of cooperation with a company which has wealthy experiences with establishing companies.
