Electronic household control, management and communication system - client part

Abstract:

Tato práce představuje softwarový projekt elektronického systému pro řízení, správu a komunikaci v domácnosti, resp. klientské části systému. Projekt se zabývá zmapováním řešení a komponent dostupných na trhu vč. jejich technických parametrů a posouzení možnosti jejich využití v rámci tohoto projektu. Druhá část práce se pak zabývá vlastním návrhem klientské aplikace, jsou zde uvedeny požadavky na tento systém a jeho popis. Důležitým prvkem, pro úspěšné uplatnění na trhu, je odlišnost od dostupných řešení především díky orientaci na řešení interních potřeb domácnosti, jako jsou komunikace a vedení evidencí. V návrhu je popsána architektura celého řešení, komunikace, úložiště dat, vyhodnocení podporovaných platforem, popis jednotlivých komponent, vyhodnocení rizik, plán projektu vč. kalkulace nákladů na vývoj a akceptační plán.

Abstract:

This thesis presents software project of electronic system for management, administration and communication in household, respectively, the client part of the system. The project deals with mapping of solutions and components that are available at the market, including their technical parameters and evaluation of possibility to use them in this project. The second part of the thesis deals with actual design of the client application, there are mentioned requirements for the system and there is its description in it. Important element for its success at the market is its difference from available solutions, which is represented by its orientation at solving of internal needs of household, such as communication and records keeping are. Architecture of whole solution, communication, data storage, evaluation of supported platforms, description of individual components, risk assessment, project plan including calculation of costs for development and plan of acceptation test are described in the design.
