Práce se zaměřuje na strategickou analýzu společnosti Pinko a.s. s cílem zjistit její silné a slabé stránky a identifikovat její příležitosti a hrozby. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části byly popsány potřebné pojmy a metody. Praktická část s uvedenými metodami pracovala s využitím reálných informací. The thesis focuses on the strategic analysis of Pinko a.s. to find out its strengths and weaknesses and to identify its opportunities and threats. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part the necessary concepts and methods have been described.
