Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje nazjištění současného stavu hospodaření u konkrétní příspěvkové organizace za pomoci vhodně vybraných metod finanční analýzy. Bude zpracován návrh opatření ke zlepšení finanční situace vybrané příspěvkové organizace. Cílem práce je získání informací o finančním zdraví vybraného municipálního subjektu. K jejímu zpracování posloužila především data, která byla získána na základě osobní domluvy se subjektem. Jedná se o období let 2015 – 2018.Škola by měla prověřit stav svých pohledávek a snažit se co nejvíce zkracovat doby splatnosti, případně platební podmínky navýšit o úroky z prodlení, které jsou běžnou součástí obchodního styku. Jedním z doporučení by bylo hlubší prověření personální a mzdové politiky organizace, ideálně v porovnání s obdobným zařízením. Zároveň se nabízí doporučení na rozšíření aktivity školy v rámci hospodářské, nebo jinak zvané doplňkové činnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on critically analyzing the current state of management of a specific contributory organization using appropriately selected methods of financial analysis. The proposed measures that should be taken to improve the financial situation of the selected contributory organization will be discussed and elaborated on. This work aims to obtain information about the financial health of a selected municipal subject. Information that utilized for this process was mainly data obtained by an agreement with the subject in person. Data collected is between the periods of 2015 - 2018. The school should check the status of its claims and try to reduce the maturity period as much as possible, or terms of payment increased by interest on late payments, which is a normal part of the business. One recommendation would be an in-depth examination of the personnel and wage policy of the organization, ideally compared to a similar facility. At the same time, there are recommendations for extending the school's activities within the framework of economic or otherwise so-called complementary activities.
