Caretakers Governments and their Functions in Czech Constitutional and Political System
Abstract:
Úřednická vláda je praktickou součástí českého ústavního systému. Fenomén má v našem systému tradici již od první republiky. Tato práce pojednává o vládách Jana Fischera, Josefa Tošovského, Jana Syrového, Edvarda Beneše a Jana Černého. Součástí práce jsou i navrhované změny de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
Caretakers government is practical part of the Czech constitutional system. This fenomenon is traditional in ours system. First it was used in era of so called first republic. My thesis describes these goverment formations: Jan Fischer, Josef Tošovský, Jan Syrový, Edvard Beneš and Jan Černý. This work also includes contitutional amendments de lege ferenda.
