Práce shrnuje poznatky o boji státu s alkoholismem. V úvodu se zabývá jednotlivými pojmy, funkcemi a účinky alkoholu. Dále pojednává v širších souvislostech o historii Francie, USA, Ruska a Skandinávských zemí. Tyto země uplatnily v boji s alkoholismem specifickou cestu. Diploma thesis summarizes the findings of law on the fight with alcoholism. The introduction deals with various concepts, functions and effects of alcohol. It also contains chapters about the history of France, U.S., Russia and Scandinavian countries in a broader context. These countries have applied specific way in the fight against alcoholism.
