Intervention of the Fire Protection Unit in the Event of a Hazardous Substance Leak

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je psána z pohledu příslušníka Hasičského záchranného sboru, která řeší zásahy jednotek požární ochrany při úniku nebezpečné látky. Hlavním cílem práce je posoudit jednotlivá rizika, která mohou nastat během zásahové činnosti v místě havárie, pomocí analyzačních metod jednotlivá rizika popsat a navrhnout řešení pro snížení úrovně vybraných rizik. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje právní opory, jednotlivé části systému jednotek požární ochrany spojené s únikem nebezpečné látky a konkrétní činnosti během zásahu. V praktické části jsou řešeny vybrané typy zásahů v České republice a zahraničí, ze kterých jsou dále posouzeny konkrétní možná rizika během zásahové činnosti a pomocí metod analýzy rozděleny do čtyřech typů přijatelnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is written from the point of view of a member of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, which deals with the interventions of fire protection units in the event of a hazardous substance leak. The aim of this thesis is to name the individual risks that may occur during this type of intervention and to describe the individual points using analytical methods and propose solutions to reduce the level of selected risks. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The first part defines the legislative support, individual parts of the system of fire protection units associated with the leakage of a dangerous substance and specific activities during the intervention. In the practical part are used selected types of interventions in the Czech Republic and abroad from which specific possible risks during the intervention activity are taken out and divided into four types of acceptability using analysis methods.
