Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konkurenční výhodou u vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy týkající se konkurenční výhody a konkurenční strategie. Další kapitola je věnována elektronickému obchodu a možnostem marketingové komunikace na internetu. V úvodu praktické části diplomové práce je podrobný popis společnosti s vypracovanou PEST analýzou a následně sestavenou SWOT analýzou. Následuje srovnání vybrané společnosti s konkurenčními podniky pomocí vybraných metod a technik. Na závěr je vymezena konkurenční výhoda společnosti a stanoveny návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení postavení společnosti v rámci konkurence.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with a competitive advantage of the selected company. There are the basic concepts of the competitive advantage and the competitive strategy in theoretical part. Another part is devoted to the possibilities of e-commerce and marketing communication on the Internet. At the beginning of the practical part of the thesis is a detailed description of the company with the drawn PEST analysis and SWOT analysis subsequently assembled. Followed by a comparison of company with competing companies using selected methods and techniques. In conclusion is defined competitive advantage of the company and established proposals and recommendations to improve the position in the competition.
