Abstract:

Abstrakt Diplomová práce Komparace investičního bankovního úvěru a finančního leasingu se zaměřuje na alternativy úvěrového financování, a to především malých a středních podniků. Teoretická část nejprve obecně popisuje podstatu financování společně s kapitálovou strukturou firem. Po uvedení do tématiky se práce posouvá k charakteristice úvěrového a leasingového financování včetně historického vývoje. Text se detailněji věnuje popisu financování bankovními úvěry a finančním leasingem, neboť tyto produkty jsou analyzovány v praktické části, v jejímž úvodu je nejprve krátce představen živnostenský podnikatel. Ten vystupuje v roli klienta žádajícího o investiční bankovní úvěr a finanční leasing, potřebný na pořízení nákladního automobilu. Pro získání dat dostačujících k provedení analýzy úvěrových produktů je uskutečněna vlastní poptávka u čtyřech podnikatelem specificky vytipovaných institucí. Z řad bankovních ústavů je zvolena Komerční banka, a. s. a Československá obchodní banka, a. s. Finanční leasing je poptáván u společností SMorava Leasing, a. s. a Unileasing, a. s. Jednotlivé nabídky jsou po prezentaci údajů a poznatků zjištěných během realizace poptávky porovnávány a vyhodnocovány. Závěrečná část shrnuje výsledky a doporučuje nejvýhodnější produkt, jímž se stal Profi úvěr FIX nabízený Komerční bankou, a. s.

Abstract:

Abstract The thesis “The comparison of investment bank credit and financial leasing“ focuses on althernatives of loan financing mainly of small and middle enterprises. The theoretic part firstly generally describes the principal of financing together with the capital structure of companies. After familiarization with the subject the thesis characterizes loan and leasing financing including the historical development. The text is more detailed in describing the financing by bank loans and the financial leasing that is because these products are analysed in the practical part. The preamble shortly introduces the selfemployed, who acts as a client demanding investment banks loan and financial leasing necessary to acquire the track. There is the own demand of specifically chosen institutions realized by the businessman to get the data sufficient to make analyse of the loan products. There are KB, Inc. and ČSOB, Inc. selected. From the financial leasing companies are SMorava Leasing, Inc. and Unileasing, Inc. selected. The particular offers are after presentation of found data and information compared and evaluated. The final part involves the results and recommends optimal product, which is the Profi loan FIX offered KB, Inc.
