Legislative process of approval of the construction contract

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na legislativní proces schvalování stavební zakázky. Legislativní proces zaměřený na vydání kladného stanoviska pro povolení stavby je popsán od podání žádosti po samotnou kolaudaci stavby realizované. V práci jsou též uvedeny nejčastější chyby při tomto poměrně komplikovaném administrativním úkonu. Součástí vypracované práce je i legislativa, která se týká přímo Stavebního povolení. Je provedena analýza služby, jsou shrnuty závěry a doporučení pro úspěšné zdolání administrativního procesu a je vysvětleno, které odborné profese lze do tohoto procesu zahrnout.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the legislative process for obtaining an approval for construction contracts. The aim of this legislative process is to get an approved construction permit from the submission of the application to the final approval, after the inspection, of the constructed structure. This thesis also covers the most common mistakes associated with this administrative proces, the legislation that is directly connected to the construction permit, the analysis of the services and a summary of conclusions and recommendations needed to successfully obtain the construction permit and an explanation as to which professional specialist can be utilized in the process.
