Female criminality in Litovel during the years 1701 – 1786
Abstract:
The Bachelor’s Diploma thesis deals with the female criminality in municipal court of town Litovel during the years 1701 - 1786. Thesis further briefly discusses the judicial process in town of 18th century based on archival sources and literature. Beside the main theme it contains description of archival sources through the auxiliary historical sciences.
Abstract:
Cieľom predkladanej bakalárskej diplomovej práce je priblížiť kriminalitu žien vo svetle prípadov prešetrovaných na mestskom súde v Litovli, v rozmedzí rokov 1701– 1786. Ďalej sa stručne snaží pojednať o súdnictve mesta daného obdobia, na základe dochovaných prameňov i literatúry. Okrem hlavnej témy obsahuje aj popis využitých prameňov z hľadiska pomocných vied historických.
