Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou, týkající se efektivity recruitmentu ve sledované firmě. První část je věnována teorii, týkající se dané problematiky. Ve druhé části jsou použity dvě vybrané kvalitativní metody shromažďování dat, a to strukturovaný rozhovor a analýza dokumentů. Na základě shromažďování dat tato část pokračuje analýzou řešeného podniku. V analytické části jsou vypočteny ukazatelé nákladů, kvantity a efektivnosti. Z výsledků analýz a dat bylo zjištěno, že firmu zavádí do problémů rušení zakázek ze strany klientů. Dále ji chybí interní dokumenty, nemá zavedené analýzy o firmě, dodaných kandidátech. Problémy nastávají i v kvalitě vyhledávání, kvůli nedostatku informací, zkušeností v HR týmu. Z vyhodnocení byly vyvozeny návrhy a doporučení. Bylo doporučeno, zajištění důvěryhodných zákazníků, vytvořit interní doklady, zaměstnaneckou strukturu, používat například personu, pro zjištění informací k daným pozicím, vzdělávat své zaměstnance a provádět ve firmě analýzy. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě provedené analýzy stávajícího recruimentu vyhodnotit jeho efektivitu. Navrhnout doporučení, která povedou ke zlepšení ve vybrané organizaci, v oblasti externího recruitmentu kandidátů, kteří se zabývají IT technologiemi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with issues related to the effectiveness of recruitment in the monitored company. The first part is devoted to the theory related to the topic. In the second part, are used two selected qualitative methods of data collection, namely a structured interview and document analysis. Based on the data collection, this part continues with the analysis of the monitored company. In the analytical part are calculated indicators of cost, quantity and efficiency. From the results of analyzes and data, was found that cancellation of orders by clients introduce the company in to problems. Then the firm also has no internal documents, established analyzes of the company or about supplied candidates. Problems also occur in the quality of search, due to lack of information, experience in the HR team. Suggestions and recommendations were derived from the evaluation. It was recommended to secure reliable customers, create internal documents and employee structure, use for example persona, to find out information about the given positions, educate their employees and perform analyzes in the company. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the current recruitment based on the realized analysis. Propose recommendations that are going to lead improvements in the selected organization, in the field of external recruitment of candidates who are focused on IT technologies.
