Cílem práce nazvané "Sexuální delikvence" je komplexní pohled na problematiku sexuální delikvence. Je zde popsán výkon trestu, ochranná léčba a detence. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola popisuje pojmy parafilie, sexuální devianty, sexuální delikventy. Druhá kapitola pojednává o ochranných opatřeních. Zabývá se ochrannou léčbou ambulantní i ústavní. This thesis describes problems of sexual delinquency. This thesis is divided into four chapters. The aim of this thesis can be seen in setting terms to describe the characteristics of sexual delinquency, such as paraphilias, sexual deviance and sexual delinquency.
