Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění vztahu mezi rodinnými firmami a inovačními vstupy a rodinnými firmami a inovačními výstupy prostřednictvím meta-analýzy. Pro vhled do problematiky je provedena systematická rešerše odborné literatury na téma rodinných firem a inovací. Po stanovení hypotéz je provedena meta-analýza na vzorku 53 studií. The aim of this master thesis is to investigate the influence of family firms on innovation input and innovation output through meta-analysis method.
