Study of elemental distribution in urinary stones by laser assisted spectroscopy methods (LIBS+LA-ICP-MS)
Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo mapování makroprvků v močových kamenech pomocí metod LIBS a LA-ICP-MS. Výsledky obou metod byly vzájemně porovnány. Pro makroprvky je vhodná metoda LIBS z důvodu menších pořizovacích a provozních nákladů. Pro stopové prvky bude vhodnější metoda LA-ICP-MS z důvodu nižší meze detekce. Obě metody mohou být použity pro další mapování prvků v močových kamenech.
Abstract:
The main goal of this work was mapping makroelements in urinary stones using methods LIBS and LA-ICP-MS. The results of both methods are reciprocally compared. For makroelements LIBS method is suitable because of smaller acquisition and operating costs.
