This thesis is about the configuration of Jira Software application for the needs of Volkswagen Slovakia plant. It describes the principles of using Jira Software in its first chapters. Práca sa zaoberá konfiguráciou aplikácie Jira Software pre potreby závodu Volkswagen Slovakia. V úvodných kapitolách popisuje princípy fungovania a používania aplikácie Jira software. Následne analyzuje teoretické procesy zo závodu, ktoré boli do Jiry prenesené. V ďalších kapitolách je popísaný proces konfigurácie aplikácie a podoba procesov zavedených v Jire.
