Motivation to do business in a consulting company
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá zkoumáním teorie motivace obecně, motivace k podnikání a v praktické části posuzováním motivace k podnikání ve vybrané finančně poradenské společnosti. Porovnává motivaci napříč spolupracovníky s různými zkušenostmi a délkou působení v oboru.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the study of the theory of motivation in general, business motivation and in the practical part the assessment of business motivation in a choosen financial consulting company. It compares motivation across co-workers with different experiences and lengths of work practice.
