Abstract:
Cytochrome P450 is the major enzymatic system responsible for the biotransformation of both endogenous and exogenous substrates. This enzymatic system is probably under the regulation of endogenous dopaminergic and endocannabinoid system. Cytochróm P450 je hlavný enzymatický systém zodpovedný za biotransformáciu endogénnych aj exogénnych látok. Tento enzymatický systém spadá pod endogénnu reguláciu okrem iného dopaminergného a pravdepodobne aj endokanabinoidného systému.
