Functions of dialogue and poetic forms in the drama of Lope de Vega: their use in El Caballero de Olmedo and El perro del hortelano
Abstract:
This work deals with functions of dialogue and poetic forms in two plays of Lope de Vega (El caballero de Olmedo and El perro del hortelano. The aim of the work was to determine whether certain poetic forms correspond to the dialogue functions and determine their percentage. Further compare the use of poetic forms in both pieces and see if there is a difference between tragedy and comedy.
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá funkcemi dialogu a metrickými formami ve dvou divadelních hrách Lope de Vegy (El caballero de Olmedo a El perro del hortelano). Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda funkcím dialogu odpovídají určité metrické formy a určit jejich procentuální zastoupení. Dále srovnat použití metrických forem v obou dílech a zjistit, zda existuje rozdíl mezi tragedií a komedií.
