Abstract:
V mojí bakalářské práci je kladen důraz na zjištění rozdílů výkonnosti mezi akciovými fondy a nemovitostními fondy, které investují přímo do nemovitostí a jsou řazeny mezi alternativní fondy. Na základě vysvětlených vlastností a vykonané komparace výnosnosti a rizikovosti těchto druhů fondů jsou porovnány různé možnosti sestavení portfolia a také doporučená investiční strategie pro investora.Podle …more

This bachelor´s thesis emphasise the differences between equity funds and property funds, which invest directly to buildings and are part of alternative investments.Following the characteristics of these funds, the performance is examined, specifically a yield and a risk.
