The Wound Healing Organizational Process in a Medical Facility

Abstract:

Úvod: Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá organizací procesu hojení ran ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Popisuje moderní metody hojení ran, uvádí vybrané doporučené postupy a zmiňuje nezbytnou kvalitu poskytované péče vycházející z wound managementu. Věnuje se vzdělávání v této oblasti i mezioborové spolupráci, organizaci hojení ran, to vše v multioborovém a legislativním kontextu. Praktická část je zaměřena na podnikatelský plán, kdy již fungující diabetologická ambulance rozšiřuje svou činnost. Cíl práce: Představení komplexního procesu správné organizace hojení ran ve zdravotnickém zařízení s důrazem na význam této problematiky. Metodika: Je realizována pomocí analytických metod. Účelem je ucelení podmínek potřebných pro rozvoj podnikatelského záměru, spolu se zmapováním prostředí. Výsledky: Výsledkem této práce je vytvoření rentabilního podnikatelského plánu nestátního zdravotnického zařízení s novými produkty, který umožní aplikaci moderních metod hojení ran do praxe i mimo nemocniční péči. Novými produkty bude medicinální pedikúra a hojení diabetických ulcerací. Závěr: Preventivní a léčebná podiatrická péče v podobě aplikovaných produktů je nadějí nejen pro větší počet diabetiků ohrožených vznikem syndromu diabetické nohy, ale je základní organizační jednotkou multidisciplinární týmové péče o tyto pacienty.

Abstract:

Introduction: The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with the organization of the wound healing process in a medical facility. It describes modern methods of wound healing, presents selected recommended procedures and mentions the necessary quality of care based on wound management. It deals with education in this field as well as interdisciplinary cooperation, organization of wound healing, all in a multidisciplinary and legislative context. The practical part focuses on a business plan where an already functioning diabetic outpatient clinic expands its activities. Aim of the thesis: A presentation of the complex process of proper organization of wound healing in a healthcare facility with emphasis on the importance of this issue. Methodology: It is implemented by means of analytical methods. The purpose is to consolidate the conditions necessary for the development of the business plan, together with the mapping of the environment. Resulds: The result of this work is the creation of a profitable business plan for a non-state medical facility with new products that will enable the application of modern wound healing methods in practice and outside hospital care. The new products will be medical pedicures and healing of diabetic ulcerations. Conclusion: Preventive and therapeutic podiatric care in the form of applied products is not only the hope for a greater number of diabetic patients at risk of developing diabetic foot syndrome, but is the basic organizational unit of multidisciplinary team care for these patients.
