Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kuchyňské soli ve výživě člověka, její nepostradatelností, ale zároveň i nebezpečím z nadměrného přívodu. Práce vychází z alarmujících statistik, které uvádějí kardiovaskulární onemocnění (KVO) jako nejčastější příčinu úmrtí v České republice. Abstract:
The thesis deals with salt in the human nutrition, its indispensability, but also the dangers of excessive intake. It is based on the alarming statistics that show cardiovascular disease (CVD) as the most common cause of death in the Czech Republic.
