Change of the economic structure of a specific company

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis „Change of the economic structure of a specific company“ is to analyze current and propose new economic structure of a specific company, that will fulfill the criteria for facilitating responsibility aspect into the evaluation and monitoring of the economic structure and for facilitating dynamic future growth. First part is focused on various organization patterns, types of responsibility centers, transaction allocation principles and other aspects to keep in mind when constructing economic structure. In the second part the company is described along with its core processes and analysis of the current state of the economic structure. In the last part, new solution for economic structure is proposed along with discussion of its improvements, benefits and downfalls.

Abstract:

Predmetom diplomovej práce „Zmena ekonomickej štruktúry konkrétneho podniku“ je analýza a rozbor momentálnej a návrh novej ekonomickej štruktúry v konkrétnom podniku, ktorá bude spĺňať kritériá spoločnosti pre umožnenie zavedenia zodpovednostných aspektov pri vyhodnocovaní stredísk a umožní podniku budúci rozvoj. Prvá časť je upriamená na rôzne spôsoby organizácie stredísk v rámci podniku, typy stredísk, možnosti alokácie transakcií a iné aspekty, ktoré je treba zvážiť pri konštruovaní ekonomickej štruktúry. V druhej časti práce je popísaný podnik, jeho hlavné procesy a analýza momentálneho stavu ekonomickej štruktúry. V poslednej časti je navrhnuté nové riešenie ekonomickej štruktúry spolu s vyhodnotením jeho vylepšení, výhod a nevýhod.
