Tématem předložené diplomové práce je moravská tvorba dvou malířů rakouského pozdního baroka, představitelů vídeňské Akademie, Caspara Franze Sambacha a jeho syna Johanna Christiana. Oba umělci zanechali na Moravě nepříliš početný soubor děl, mezi nimiž vyniká malířská výzdoba farního kostela Panny Marie Bolestné ve Sloupu, která je dílem Caspara Franze Sambacha. The theme of this thesis is the Moravian production of two painters, the representatives of the Austrian late baroque period and the Academy of Vienna, Caspar Franz Sambach and his son, Johann Christian.
