V diplomové práci je představen neziskový sektor v České republice a systém řízení kontinuity činností. Praktická část navrhuje plán kontinuity činností na základě analýzy současného stavu organizace, analýzy dopadu a hodnocení rizik. Byly použity metody pozorování, rozhovory, PEST analýza a BIA. Abstract:
In the thesis, the nonprofit sector in the Czech Republic and the business continuity management system are introduced. The practical part proposes a business continuity plan based on the analysis of the current state of the organization, impact analyses, and risk assessments.
