Diplomová práce pojednává o pohledu informačních pracovníků soustavy VTEI na období 80. a 90. let, což pro soustavu byl čas plný změn. Práce si dává za úkol zjistit, zdali se nacházely rozdíly mezi straší a mladší generací zaměstnanců soustavy. The Diploma thesis is interested in the approach of information workers of VTEI sys-tem (Scientific, Technical and Economic Information) on the time full of changes of `80s and `90s. The thesis is focused on finding out if there were differences between the two generations of workers in the VTEI system.
