Synthesis and properties of chiral tartrate-derived imidazoles
Abstract:
V této práci jsou studovány možnosti syntézy chirálních katalyzátorů na bázi derivátů imidazolu odvozených od kyseliny vinné. Byla vypracována metodika pro přípravu chirálních diketonů a diolů odvozených od kyseliny vinné a změřeny konstanty stability komplexů připravených ligandů s měďnatými kationty spektrofotometrickou metodou.
Abstract:
Possibilities of synthesis of chiral catalysts based on tartrate-derived imidazoles are examined in this thesis. The methodology for the preparation of chiral tartrate-derived diketones and dioles was elaborated here and formation constants of complexes of prepared ligands with cupric cations were also measured here using the spectrophotometrical method.
