Effectiveness of debt security with emphasis on exercising a lien
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje způsobům zajištění a utvrzení dluhů. První a druhá část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení jednotlivých institutů. Třetí část podrobně analyzuje veškerá práva a povinnosti vycházející ze zástavního práva. Poslední čtvrtá část se zaměřuje na samotný postup zástavního věřitele při jeho výkonu zástavního práva.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the methods of securing and corroborating debts. The first and second part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical definition of the two aformentioned institutes. The third part analyses in detail all rights and obligations originating from the lien. The fourth part aims at the actual procedure of the exercise of a lien by the lien creditor.
