Strategic aspects of the financial position of the selected company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickými aspekty vznikající při provedení finanční analýzy. V bakalářské práci je představena podstata a úloha finanční analýzy společně s jejími postupy. Jsou zde představeny a použity metody finanční analýzy, převážně se jedná o ukazatele likvidity a čistý pracovní kapitál. Dalšími použitými metodami jsou například bankrotní modely nebo ukazatelé zadluženosti. Analyzovaným podnikem této práce je hudební vydavatelství Supraphon a.s., od kterého využíváme výroční zprávy z let 2018 až 2022. Následně tato práce obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení zjištěných strategií, které nám v průběhu odhalí výsledky daných ukazatelů. V závěru práce jsou ony výsledky ukazatelů a s nimi i odhalené strategie zhodnoceny.

Abstract:

This Bachelor's Thesis deals with strategic aspects that arise when performing a financial analysis. The bachelor's thesis presents the essence and role of financial analysis together with its procedures. Methods of financial analysis are introduced and used here, mainly liquidity indicators and net working capital. Other methods used are, for example, bankruptcy models or debt indicators. The company analyzed in this work is the music publishing company Supraphon Plc., from which we use annual reports from 2018 to 2022. Subsequently, this work contains proposals for improving the identified strategies, which results are revealed by the given indicators in the process. At the end of the thesis, the results of the indicators and with them the revealed strategies are evaluated.
