Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou pachové identifikace jako důkazním prostředkem v trestním řízení. Nejprve jsou popsány základní pojmy kriminalistické odorologie. Další část práce se zabývá kriminalistickou olfaktronikou a jejími možnostmi. Následuje rozbor pachových stop v kontextu trestního řádu. This bachelor thesis deals with the method of odor identification as a means of proof in criminal proceedings. First, the basic concepts of forensic odorology are described. Another part of the thesis deals with forensic olfactronics and its possibilities. The analysis of odor traces follows in the context of the Rules of Criminal Procedure.
