Tato práce se zaměřuje na období přechodu absolventa vysoké školy ze studia na trh práce. Konkrétní zájmovou skupinu zde představují absolventi FF a FSS MU. The main focus of this diploma thesis is on transition from students life to a professional. Interest group in this research are graduates of FF and FSS MU. The main focus is on the the transition and difficulties which are part of the whole process. The author is as well making focus on the concept of employability.
