Biopower in the work of Michel Foucault
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních témat vztahujících se k Foucaultovu konceptu biomoci. Jde o mocenské vztahy, anatompolitiku lidského těla a bipolitiku populace. Foucaultův koncept biomoci ukazuje, jak se lidský život a jeho síly staly v průběhu moderní doby předmětem politických strategií a taktik ovládání a řízení.
Abstract:
Thesis is focused on explanation of basic themes linked to Foucault´s concept of biopower. That means power relations, anatompolitics of human body and biopolitics of population. Foucault´s concept of biopower shows how human life and it´s powers has during the modern age become an object of political strategies and tactics of control and conduct.
