Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu aukcí uskutečňovaných na internetu, právní aspekty týkající se těchto typů aukcí, především unique bid auctions. Součástí bakalářské práce je také vlastní návrh unique bid auction.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with Internet auctions, legal aspects regarding their operation (particularly that of unique bid auctions). Part of the thesis tries to analyze a unique bid auction system and focuses on its design.
