Risk factors affecting the work in the operating room

Abstract:

Práce sester ve zdravotnictví klade na jedince značnou psychickou i fyzickou zátěž. Většinou se jedná o práci s lidmi, což samo o sobě je psychicky náročné. Velké nároky na duševní zdraví a pohodu klade práce nejen s pacientem samotným, ale i práce s kolegy, tudíž práce v týmu. Kromě psychického zdraví je zde i zvýšené riziko ohrožení zdraví řadou fyzikálních, chemických a biologických faktorů. Celkově jsou na zdravotníky kladeny vzrůstající nároky. Jde zejména o pozornost, soustředění a rychlé rozhodování. Neméně významný požadavek je důraz nejen na technickou zdatnost, erudovanost, ale i celoživotní vzdělávání jako takové. Pro svoji bakalářskou práci jsem zvolila téma "Rizikové faktory ovlivňující práci na operačním sále" formou kvalitativního průzkumu za pomoci rozhovorů s personálem operačních sálů a to zejména s všeobecnými sestrami. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis jednotlivých faktorů rizik práce na operačním sále a popis zvolené metodologie a pomocného softwaru Atlas.ti. a Google Disk. Průzkumnou část tvoří přepis polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a jejich následné zpracování s cílem vyhodnotit výskyt a vnímání zátěže sálovým personálem a eventuálním snížení psychické zátěže díky využití pomůcky Google Disk.

Abstract:

The work of nurses in health care system considerable mental and physical stress on the individual. Mostly it is work with people, which in itself is mentally demanding. Working with the patient as well as working with colleagues, hence working in a team, places great demands on mental health and well-being. In addition to mental health, there is an increased risk to health through a number of physical, chemical and biological factors. Overall, increasing demands are placed on healthcare professionals. These include attention, concentration and quick decision making. No less important is the emphasis not only on technical fitness, erudition, but also lifelong learning as such. For my bachelor thesis I chose the topic "Risk factors affecting the work in the operating room" in the form of a qualitative survey with the help of interviews with the operating theater staff, especially with general nurses. The theoretical part is focused on the description of individual risk factors in the operating room and on the methodology and auxiliary software Atlas.ti. and Google Drive. The exploratory part consists of transcripts of semi-structured interviews and their subsequent processing in order to evaluate the occurrence and perception of the load by the mainframe staff and possible reduction of the psychological load due to the use of Google Drive.
