Abstract:

Název diplomové práce: Spolupráce nestátních neziskových organizací a firem v rámci jejich společenské odpovědnosti. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jak je spolupráce společensky odpovědných firem a nestátních neziskových organizací (NNO) vnímána z pohledu představitelů konkrétních organizací a firem. Zaměření práce reaguje na skutečnost stále opomíjeného vztahu komerčního sektoru se sektorem neziskovým v rámci České republiky, a to nejen z důvodu nezájmu ze strany firem, ale rovněž pro nezájem ze strany NNO. Teoretická část se v úvodu zaměřuje na definování NNO, jakož i popis systému financování nestátních neziskových organizací. Dále je v teoretické části rozebrána problematika spolupráce firem a NNO v rámci konceptu CSR. V rámci spolupráce obou sektorů je zpracováno také téma firemní filantropie. Navazující výzkumná část práce je věnována interpretaci výsledků kvalitativní výzkumné strategie. Výzkum byl v souladu s poznatky uvedenými v rámci teoretické části proveden formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se čtyřmi respondenty zastupujícími společensky odpovědné firmy a čtyřmi respondenty zastupujícími NNO. Výzkum zjišťoval, jak představitelé konkrétních firem a NNO vnímají spolupráci obou těchto sektorů. Současně měli respondenti popsat faktory, které spolupráci ovlivňují a zhodnotit přínosy, které ze spolupráce pro zainteresované strany plynou. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že spolupráce firem a NNO není pouze záležitostí finančních přínosů, ale i prostředkem k rozvoji schopností a sebedůvěry zaměstnanců, příležitostí vytvářet sdílené hodnoty a zároveň posílit vlastní konkurenceschopnost a své dobré jméno. Hlavním faktorem celého procesu spolupráce je z pohledu respondentů motivace. Délka základního textu je 17 386 slov.

Abstract:

The title of the thesis: Cooperation of non - governmental organizations and companies within their corporate social responsibility The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out how cooperate social responsible companies and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) from the perspective of representatives of specific organizations and companies point of view. The focus of the thesis reflects the fact still neglected relationship with the commercial sector and the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic, and not only due to lack of interest from companies, but also for the lack of interest from NGOs side. The theoretical part is at the beginning focus on NGOs definition, as well as a description of the system of financing NGOs. Furthermore, the theoretical part dealt with the issue of cooperation between companies and NGOs within CSR. In the framework of cooperation between the two sectors is also elaborated the theme of corporate philanthropy. Follow-up research part of the work is devoted to interpreting the results of qualitative research strategy. The research was in line with the findings of the theoretical part conducted through interviews with four respondents representing socially responsible companies and four respondents representing NGOs. The research found how representatives of specific companies and NGOs perceive the cooperation between these two sectors. At the same time, respondents described the factors which influence this cooperation and to evaluate the benefits that in cooperation for the parties concerned arise. The research results show that cooperation between companies and NGOs is not only an issue of financial benefits, but the cooperation also mean to develop skills and confidence of employees, opportunities to create shared value while strengthening its company competitiveness and its good business name. The main factor in the whole process of cooperation is from respondents’ point of view the motivation. The length of main text is 17 386 words.
