Legislation of Limited Companies According to the Law of Business Corporations
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na popis nejpodstatnějších změn v právní úpravě společností s ručením omezeným (dále jen SRO), ke kterým došlo v důsledku rekodifikace soukromého práva s účinností od 1. 1. 2014. Cílem práce je analýza a porovnání s předešlou právní úpravou, přináší přehledný a strukturovaný přehled o nové právní úpravě a příklady možných dopadů do praktického života SRO.

The thesis focuses on the description of the most significant changes in the legislation of Limited companies (further LTD), which were the result of the re-codification of the Private Law since 1st January 2014.
