Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Uplatnění ergoterapie u osob zrakově postižených. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části - na část teoretickou a na část hlavní. Práce začíná úvodem, ve kterém přibližuji problematiku a téma práce. Teoretická část je nejprve zaměřena na definici zrakově postiženého jedince, na dělení zrakově postižených a na četnost zrakově postižených osob mezi obyvatelstvem v České republice. Dále poukazuji na důležitost ergoterapie v životě nevidomých a slabozrakých. Významnou kapitolou této části je výcvik čtení a psaní reliéfního bodového písma nevidomých a slabozrakých, pro který je podstatný výcvik hmatového vnímání a gymnastika drobného svalstva ruky a hmatu. Vzhledem k výcviku hmatového vnímání jsem zařadila do práce i anatomii ruky. Zdokonalením kompenzačních činitelů a využitím tyfloinformačních prostředků dochází ke snížení informačního deficitu u zrakově postižených jedinců. V hlavní části se zabývám kazuistikou klienta, ergoterapeutickým vyšetřením, stanovením krátkodobého a dlouhodobého plánu. Závěrem této části je shrnutí práce s klientem a stanovení prognózy.

Abstract:

The subject of my bachelor thesis is The use of the occupational therapy at the visually impaired people. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical part and the main part. The thesis begins with the introduction, where are the issue and the topic of my bachelor thesis explained. The theoretical part is focused at first on the definition of the visually impaired person, then is focused on the division of the visually impaired people and on the frequency of the visually impaired people among the population of the Czech republic. Furthermore, I advert to the importance of the occupational therapy in the lives of the blind and purblind people. Significant section of this part is the training of reading and writing the embossed and dotted Braille, for which the training of tactile sensation and the gymnastics of the small hand muscles and the touch are substantial. According to the tactile training, there is also the anatomy of the hand in my thesis included. By improvement of the compensatory factors and the usage of Tyflo information facility, there is decrease of lack of information at the visually impaired people. In the main part, I deal with the case report of the client, the occupational therapeutic examination and the setting of the short-term and the long-therm plan. The result of this part is the summary of work with the client and the prognosis.
