The battle of Soor 30th September 1745 and the city of Trutnov during the Silesian Wars 1740 - 1745
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl prozkoumat, jaké důsledky měla na východočeské město Trutnov bitva u Žďáru 30. září 1745 a celé slezské války. První část je věnována vylíčení samotné bitvy a událostem, které jí předcházely. Druhá se podrobně věnuje samotnému městu, zkoumá poměry, jaké ve městě během válek panovaly i ekonomické dopady, jaké průchozí vojska městu působila.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the consequences of the battle of Soor (30th September 1745) and the whole Silesian Wars for East Bohemian town Trutnov. The first part focuses on the description of the battle itself and the events that preceded it. The second part concentrates on the town and the situation in Trutnov during the wars and the economic impact of the movements of armies through the town …more
