Ochrana národnostních menšin v ES/EU

The National Minorities' Protection within the EC/EU
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou národnostních menšin v ES/EU. Zkoumá jednak politiky ES/EU vůči národnostním menšinám, jednak to, jak se rozvoj těchto politik odráží v evropském právu. Hypotézou práce je tvrzení, že přestože se v souvislosti s ES/EU o ochraně menšin příliš nemluví, evropské instituce se menšinové tematice věnují.
Abstract:
The diploma paper deal with a topic of minority protection in the EC/EU. It analyses Community policies toward national minorities and how the development of this policies reflects on the european law. The hypothesis of the paper is formulated by the assumption that although minority protection is not the main topic of the debates about the EC/EU, EU institutions attend to this subject.
